Our aim at 3FC Academy is to create a positive and professional learning environment to give our players the best possible platform to grow and develop in all corners of the game.

On the pitch you can expect your player to be part of high intense, enthusiastic sessions designed to enhance your players individual development.

Off the pitch we continue to enhance development with Player Development Plans tailored to meet your players area of improvement, and our training library via our 360 app where players can analyse the sessions before they cross the white line into our sessions.

At 3FC we also have a fantastic player pathway for both boys and girls. Players from U5-U15 that warrant making the step up into elite academy football have the opportunity to progress in to Bradford City through our link with their professional academy. Higher up at the pinnacle of the pathway our breakthrough squads give the boys an opportunity to progress into semi professional football, and the girls an opportunity to progress into Bradford City Women. 

Our Directors and Head Coaches Sam and George have played the game at an elite level, and have experience coaching at a Premier League Academy.

 

They are passionate about player development and want to share their knowledge of the game they love with as many aspiring young footballers as they can, and giving them the best footballing experience through our sessions. We guarantee development.
