Training Programmes

Our technical programme will develop players through clever technical practices, and innovative game related scenarios whilst focusing heavily on the technical actions. Our creative monthly session focuses will be built around famous players who stand out technically in the world of football. Players involved in this programme have the opportunity to progress into professional football through our partnership with Bradford City.

Our game related programme will develop players through clever game related scenarios and phases designed to build tactical knowledge and game understanding. Our creative, High intense and chaotic practices will challenge players speed of thought and all round decision making.  Monthly session focuses will be built around famous teams or managers with stand out playing styles and footballing identities. Players involved in this programme have the opportunity to progress into professional football through our partnership with Bradford City.

This programme is designed to give players of all abilities an experience of what professional players work on to develop the smaller details that will overall help enhance the bigger picture and make a monumental impact in terms of the players individual development. Sessions will feature SAQ and movement work, technical practices, underload/overloaded games, phases of play and will cover all areas of the 4 corner model.

The breakthrough squad sits at the pinnacle of our player pathway with the purpose of developing and progressing the right calibre of player into semi professional football. Using our contacts in the industry, we will look to give players that warrant making the step up, an opportunity to showcase themselves at a semi pro level. This programme is a fantastic opportunity for players dropping out of professional academy football or very high standard grassroots players to progress into the best standard of football outside the professional game. Players involved in our training programmes have the opportunity to progress into our breakthrough squad at U16 level. (Trial basis)

Through our Girls Programme we hope to aid in the exposure and growth of girls football across Yorkshire. This programme will feature session focuses from both our technical and game related programmes. Players involved in this programme have the opportunity to progress into Bradford City Women and Girls through our partnership.

We are excited to be providing our elite coaching in Wakefield and helping players in the area maximise their development through our high intense enthusiastic sessions. 3FC Wakefield will feature session focuses from both our technical and game related programmes.
